A great product with the absence of great customer service is a headache just waiting to happen.  Among the plethora of remanufacturers that provide toner cartridges, there are a few who give the rest a bad name just to make a quick buck. On the other hand there are others that provide an excellent product accompanied by excellent pricing compared to OEM products.  But still most just want to treat customers like a generic order number.  They bury their customer service numbers and hide behind email never to really resolve issues.  Not true for Puget Sound Toner and Data Supply.

As a result end-users have several choices:

Option 1:Choose the least expensive cartridge because the end-user is attempting to gain maximum savings for their purchase.  Remember, a great product with the absence of great customer service is a headache just waiting to happen.  

Option 2:
Choose the OEM product at a premium price, paying more and getting a great cartridge.

Option 3: Choose a high quality, premium remanufactured toner cartridge at a price that is 30%-40% less than an OEM cartridge .

 

I have witnessed time and again end users chose option 1.  This is what I call playing it safe at the expense of the bottom line.  This is typically the result of paying bottom dollar for option 1 and getting burned by an inferior product.

 

As a provider of only premium remanufactured cartridges, we offer end-users the second choice (Option 3), and tend to hold relationships with our toner cartridge customers over long periods of time.

 

If our toner cartridge causes a printer malfunction, we pay for the service to repair the printer. This is a No Lose proposition for the user!  If a toner cartridge is remanufactured to the standards of the OEM unit, it should, and will, perform as well as the OEM – That is why we are not the least expensive option. This reflects the added costs we incur ensuring your experience is headache free.  We don’t promise there won’t be any problems with our product – matter of fact no company can make a promise like that and keep a straight face.  Not even OEM cartridges are problem free.  We do promise to make it right and make it right by the next one or two business days.  This is why it is always important to make sure that you have a spare on hand no matter what type of cartridge you choose.

 

If a customer wants to play it safe and choose OEM or the rock bottom warehouse pricing, then we will not be your choice.  If, however, you are looking a company with a face and personalized customer service that can offer you maximum value and optimal performance, then you will find we are going to be the best investment for your dollar. You may want to purchase just one toner cartridge from us and evaluate the cartridge for yourself. Give it to your IT manager to evaluate it and we are confident you’ll find our quality every bit as good as any OEM cartridge you now use.
